Part of the National CARES Mentoring Movement founded by Susan L. Taylor, this Detroit-based affiliate doesn't offer mentoring services, they "encourage local leaders to raise awareness of the need and benefits of mentoring," and they help to recruit mentors for other organizations and youth-support services.
